Search for someone new..

Well I am on the hunt for someone new. Finding a new partner is hard to do. I'd like to find the following qualities:

Good listener
Level headed
Knows when to pick their battles
Can think quickly and act even more quickly
Can also think before they speak
Doesn't judge
and..
Likes to help others.

Yeah, I am talking about finding a new co-contributor. I don't even have to meet you or know you. I just want someone to give a second opinion. I'd prefer a female, because it's nice to get advice from both sides, but I'd accept a male if the it came down to it.
